屈曲

屈曲是指发生在关节处的一种运动，导致两个身体部位或面之间的角度减小。例如，膝关节的屈曲使小腿后面靠近大腿的腘绳肌区域，从而减小股骨（上方）与胫骨及腓骨（下方）之间的角度。
屈曲的反向运动为伸展，即增大两个身体部位或面之间的角度。屈曲与伸展通常均发生在矢状面上。
