耻骨弓

耻骨弓由两侧耻骨下支在中线处汇合形成，呈弓形结构。
在产科学中，耻骨弓角（PAA）是一项重要参数，可通过会阴超声等影像学技术进行测量。研究表明，耻骨弓角与其他骨盆径线存在相关性，包括坐骨棘间径（ISD）和产科结合径（OC），这些径线对评估阴道分娩的可行性具有重要意义。[1] 耻骨弓角较宽者通常预示阴道分娩结局较为良好，而角度较窄者则可能预示在第二产程延长的情况下需要手术助产。[2]
