比目鱼肌腱弓

比目鱼肌腱弓由起自比目鱼肌上前面的部分腱性纤维构成，位于该肌胫骨起点与腓骨起点之间，腘血管及胫神经行于其前方。
它是三条腱膜起始腱之一，另外两条分别为外侧起始腱（LOT）和内侧起始腱（MOT），三者沿比目鱼肌的边缘排列。腱弓与LOT及MOT共同构成比目鱼肌复杂肌腱结构的组成部分。[1]
腱弓具有重要临床意义，因为它可成为胫神经卡压的部位。一项病例报告描述了胫神经受腱弓压迫，导致疼痛及神经系统症状的情况。[2]
