定义
前表面（掌侧面）在其上四分之三处呈凹形，为拇长屈肌提供起点；在下四分之一处宽而平坦，为旋前方肌提供止点。一条明显的嵴限定了旋前方肌止点的下界，在此嵴与下缘之间有一粗糙的三角形区域，供掌侧桡腕韧带附着。在掌侧面上三分之一与中三分之一交界处有滋养孔，其方向斜向上方。
