定义
前面（掌侧面）上四分之三处呈凹形，为拇长屈肌的起点；下四分之一处宽而平坦，为旋前方肌的附着处。一条明显的嵴限定了旋前方肌附着的下界，在该嵴与下缘之间有一粗糙的三角形区域，供掌侧桡腕韧带附着。在掌侧面上三分之一与中三分之一的交界处，有一斜向上方的滋养孔。
