定义
腰胸筋膜的中间层（腰胸筋膜中间层）是腰部腰胸筋膜三层结构之一。
中间层（以前称为前层）位于腰方肌后表面与竖脊肌前表面之间。
其内侧附着于腰椎横突尖端及横突间韧带，下方附着于髂腰韧带，上方附着于腰肋韧带。
在外侧，中间层与腰胸筋膜的其他两层在骶棘肌外侧缘汇合，形成腹横肌的起始腱。下后锯肌与背阔肌的起始腱膜与腰背筋膜紧密融合。
