后固有束

定义
后固有束（又称后固有脊髓束），是一束位于后索内的短程固有脊髓神经纤维束，毗邻后灰质角。这些固有脊髓神经元起源于后角灰质内的细胞，在后固有束的腹侧部分分支形成升支和降支纤维。纤维在脊髓内上行或下行数个节段后，重新进入灰质形成突触联系。由此构成后固有脊髓束，这是一条脊髓内在传导通路，连接不同脊髓节段，实现节间信息传递。
在外侧索和前索中存在类似的固有脊髓束，分别称为外侧固有束和前固有束，在节间协调中同样发挥重要作用，促进脊髓各节段之间的整合。
