定义
髋臼切迹是位于髋骨髋臼边缘下方的一个小缺口。该缺口由髋臼横韧带跨越封闭。
当髋臼横韧带跨越髋臼切迹时，韧带与骨性切迹之间形成一个小间隙，使营养血管得以进入髋关节。
