The 示指（也称为食指、指示指、扳机指、第二指、digitus II等），是人手的第一根手指，也是手的第二个手指。
它位于第一和第三指之间，即拇指与中指之间。它通常是手部最灵活、最敏感的手指，但并非最长——它比中指短，可能比无名指短或长——详见指比例。
