定义
棘间韧带（棘突间韧带），薄而呈膜状，连接相邻棘突，从每一棘突的根部延伸至尖端。
其前方与黄韧带相接，后方与棘上韧带相连。
在胸椎区域，韧带狭窄而细长；在腰椎区域，则较宽、较厚，呈四边形；在颈部，韧带发育较不明显。
