定义
跖侧韧带为厚实、致密的纤维结构，位于关节跖侧面，介于侧副韧带之间，并与侧副韧带相连；其与跖骨的连接较为疏松，但与第一节趾骨基底的连接则十分牢固。其跖侧面与跖骨横韧带紧密融合，并有供屈肌腱通过的沟槽，包绕屈肌腱的腱鞘与沟槽两侧相连。其深面构成跖骨头关节面的一部分，并覆有滑膜。
