定义
在翼状韧带之间的三角形间隙中，有另一条纤维索，即齿突顶韧带（顶齿状韧带），其从齿突尖端延伸至枕骨大孔前缘，与寰枕前膜深层及寰椎横韧带的上脚紧密融合。该韧带被视为退化的椎间纤维软骨，其中可能残留有脊索的痕迹。
