Ligamentum iliolumbale
定义
髂腰韧带上方附着于第五腰椎横突的下部和前部。该韧带向外侧延伸时呈放射状展开，并通过两条主要纤维束附着于骨盆。下束走行至骶骨底部，与骶髂前韧带相融合；上束附着于髂嵴，位于骶髂关节的正前方，并于上方与腰背筋膜相延续。
前方与腰大肌毗邻；后方与占据椎旁沟的肌肉相邻；上方与腰方肌相邻。
