定义
掌侧桡腕韧带（掌侧桡腕韧带，前韧带）是一宽阔的膜性纤维束，上方附着于桡骨远端的前缘、茎突及尺骨远端的前面；其纤维斜向下内侧走行，止于舟骨、月骨和三角骨的掌侧面，部分纤维延续至头状骨。除此宽阔膜性结构外，尚有一圆形纤维束，位于其余纤维的浅层，从尺骨茎突基部延伸至月骨和三角骨。该韧带上有若干孔隙，以供血管通过；其前方与指深屈肌腱及拇长屈肌腱相毗邻；后方则与远侧桡尺关节关节盘的前缘紧密相连。
