臀后线
Linea glutea posterior
定义
臀后线（又称上曲线）是位于髂骨髂翼外面（臀面）的一条骨嵴。它是所有臀线中最短的一条，起自髂嵴后部，位于髂后上棘前方数厘米处。该线起始部分轮廓清晰，但随着其向坐骨大切迹上部延伸至终止处时，逐渐变得不明显，有时完全消失。臀后线后方为一狭窄的半月形区域。该区域上部表面粗糙，是臀大肌部分肌纤维的起始处；下部表面光滑，无任何肌肉附着。
