止点：颞骨乳突及枕骨

描述：
头夹肌起自项韧带下半部、第七颈椎棘突以及上三至四节胸椎棘突。肌纤维走行方向斜向上外方，在胸锁乳突肌深面止于颞骨乳突，以及枕骨上项线外侧三分之一正下方的粗糙面。
