软骨部（pars cartilaginea tubæ auditivæ），长约24毫米，由一块三角形弹性纤维软骨板构成，其顶端附着于咽鼓管骨性部内侧端的边缘，而其底部直接位于咽鼻部黏膜的下方，在该处形成一个上升，即咽鼓管圆枕，位于咽鼓管咽口的后方。
