直窦
Sinus rectus
定义
直窦（sinus rectus；幕窦）位于大脑镰与小脑幕交汇处。
其横截面呈三角形，由前向后逐渐增大，自下矢状窦末端向后下方走行，汇入与上矢状窦延续侧相对的横窦。其末端部分通过一横向交通支与窦汇相通。除下矢状窦外，直窦还接收大脑大静脉（Galen大静脉）及小脑上静脉的血液回流。其内腔有少数横行纤维带横越其中。
