巩膜静脉窦（Schlemm管）是眼部的一个环形管道，负责收集前房中的房水，并通过睫状前静脉将其输送至血液循环。
该结构位于巩膜内层，靠近巩膜角膜交界处。在该区域的子午切面上，此静脉窦呈裂隙状，其外壁由坚实的巩膜组织构成，内壁则由一块三角形小梁组织形成；该三角形组织的尖端朝向前方，与角膜后弹性层相延续。静脉窦内衬内皮细胞，并向外与睫状前静脉相通。
该管道本质上是一条内衬内皮细胞的管状结构，与淋巴管相似。在管道内侧，即最靠近房水的一侧，其表面覆盖有小梁网，该区域对房水外流阻力的产生贡献最大。
