内侧网状脊髓束（又称脑桥网状脊髓束）是一条下行运动传导通路，起自脑桥内侧网状结构，延伸至脊髓前角。

网状结构是指分布于整个脑干的神经细胞与神经纤维所构成的网状结构。内侧网状脊髓束起自内侧网状结构（即脑桥网状结构），以不交叉的方式下行于前索（即脊髓前白质柱）中，终止于脊髓前角，在此处影响α及γ运动神经元，以促进姿势张力的维持与运动功能。

来自下丘脑的部分下行自主神经纤维亦伴随网状脊髓纤维下行，参与调控胸腰段交感神经及骶段副交感神经的传出功能。
