定义
腰三角（下腰三角；petit三角）是位于腹壁右室后支的一个解剖区域。其边界为：下方为髂嵴，后方为背阔肌，前方为腹外斜肌。该三角具有重要的临床意义，是腰疝的潜在发生部位，具体为下腰疝。下腰疝较上腰疝少见，上腰疝发生于Grynfeltt-Lesshaft三角。
