定义
来自海绵体腔隙的血液由一系列血管（海绵体静脉）回流，其中一些血管大量出现于阴茎头基部，并在器官背面汇聚形成阴茎背深静脉；另一些则从阴茎海绵体上表面穿出，汇入同一静脉；还有一些从阴茎海绵体下表面穿出，接收来自尿道海绵体的属支，绕阴茎两侧走行，最终汇入阴茎背深静脉；但大多数则从阴茎根部穿出，汇入前列腺丛。
