定义
长纽是位于手指纤维性屈肌腱鞘内的一条细长结缔纤维组织带，有助于将长屈肌腱固定于指骨，并向这些肌腱传输细小血管。
每个手指通常有两条长纽：
- 一条将指浅屈肌（FDS）肌腱连接至近节指骨。
- 另一条将指深屈肌（FDP）肌腱连接至中节指骨。
功能
长纽作为血管通道，为指浅屈肌和指深屈肌肌腱提供血液供应，同时在手指屈伸运动过程中为血管和肌腱提供机械支撑。
