定义
手指纤维鞘在手指掌侧形成纤维骨性隧道，包绕指浅屈肌和指深屈肌腱。每条纤维鞘由环形（A）滑车和十字形（C）韧带组成，共同维持肌腱对线，并防止手指屈曲时出现弓弦效应。
环形（A）滑车
- 每根手指共有五个A滑车（A1–A5）。
- A1、A3和A5分别为关节滑车，附着于掌指关节、近侧指间关节和远侧指间关节的掌侧板。
- A2和A4起自近节指骨和中节指骨的骨膜。
- 它们共同构成每根手指纤维鞘的连续隧道。
- 拇指有两个环形滑车和一个斜行滑车，发挥相似功能。
十字形（C）韧带
- 三个十字形滑车（C1–C3）位于环形滑车之间。
- 其交叉纤维提供柔韧性，使手指纤维鞘在手指运动时能够平滑地折叠与展开。
功能
手指纤维鞘的环形滑车和十字形韧带将指长屈肌腱约束于紧贴骨面的位置，防止手指屈曲时出现弓弦效应。
临床注释
A1滑车的增厚或炎症可导致扳机指（狭窄性腱鞘炎）。
