第二环形滑车（A2）是一条坚韧的纤维束，沿每根手指的近节指骨走行。它从近节指骨底部延伸至约近节指骨中部，构成包绕指浅屈肌腱（FDS）和指深屈肌腱（FDP）的纤维屈肌腱鞘的一部分。
