第五跖骨展肌是一块不恒定的肌肉（出现率约40%），由足小趾展肌的部分肌束组成，止于第五跖骨粗隆，与跖筋膜外侧缘共同附着或位于其深面（大部分足小趾展肌肌束滑行止于近节趾骨外侧面粗隆处）。

止点：第五跖骨粗隆
动脉：足底外侧动脉
神经：足底外侧神经
功能：外展小趾，作用范围可延伸至跖骨中部甚至前部。
