上牙槽后动脉
Arteria alveolaris superior posterior
定义
上牙槽后动脉起自上颌动脉，常与眶下动脉共同发出，发出位置位于上颌动脉主干进入翼腭窝之处。
该动脉沿上颌骨结节下行，分为多支：部分分支进入牙槽管，供应磨牙、前磨牙及上颌窦黏膜；其余分支沿牙槽突继续向前，供应牙龈。
