Arteria palatina descendens
定义
腭降动脉（a. palatina descendens）与蝶腭神经节的腭前支一同穿行于翼腭管，自腭大孔穿出后，沿硬腭牙槽缘内侧面的沟向前延伸至切牙管；该动脉的终末支向上穿过切牙管，与蝶腭动脉吻合。其分支分布于牙龈、腭腺及口腔顶部黏膜；在翼腭管内，该动脉发出细支，经腭小管下行，供应软腭和腭扁桃体，并与腭升动脉相吻合。
