骶正中动脉（骶中动脉）是一条细小血管，起自主动脉背面，位于其分叉稍上方。
该动脉沿中线下行，经第四、五腰椎、骶骨及尾骨前方，终止于尾骨[血管]体（尾骨腺）。据称有细小分支自该动脉发出，走行至直肠后面。在最后一节腰椎处，该动脉与髂腰动脉的腰支相吻合；在骶骨前方，与骶外侧动脉相吻合，并发出分支进入骶前孔。该动脉被左髂总静脉越过，并有一对伴行静脉伴行；这些伴行静脉汇合为一条血管，开口于左髂总静脉。
