犁鞘管
Canalis vomerovaginalis
定义
犁鞘管是一条沿前后方向走行的骨性管道，连接翼腭窝与鼻咽。该管道由蝶骨翼突内侧板的鞘突上表面与犁骨翼相接而成，犁骨翼向外侧延伸并覆盖于鞘突之上。
与腭鞘管相似，犁鞘管传导来自翼腭神经节的咽神经分支，以及上颌动脉第三段发出的咽动脉分支。
