泪阜（lacrimal caruncle）是一种黏膜隆起，呈小而红润的锥形体，位于内眦（medial palpebral commissure），充填于泪湖（lacus lacrimalis）内。它由一小片皮肤岛构成，其中含有皮脂腺和汗腺，是该区域持续分泌白色分泌物的来源。其表面附有数根纤细的毛发。
