Complexus plantarius hallucis
定义
与较小的跖趾关节不同，第一跖趾关节处不存在单一的纤维软骨性囊性增厚（跖板）。相反，第一跖趾关节跖侧的纤维软骨垫包绕籽骨，并与跖侧关节囊、籽骨间韧带（ISL）、成对的跖籽韧带（MTSLs）、籽骨趾骨韧带（SPLs）以及肌腱结构不可分离。这些结构共同构成一个功能单元，我们将其称为跖板复合体。
