定义
第10肋（第十肋）在大多数个体中被归类为"浮肋"，即其前端不与胸骨或上位肋的肋软骨相连。
从解剖学角度而言，第十肋通常不与第九肋相连，研究表明在约52%至59%的病例中，第十肋属于浮肋。[1-2]
第十肋可表现出显著的解剖变异，部分病例中其末端呈钩状，这可能使个体易患"肋骨滑脱综合征"等疾患。[1]
第十肋通常短于其上位各肋，其附着方式与活动度具有较大变异性。第十肋还与第十肋间神经相关联，该神经沿其下缘走行。在外科操作中，第十肋的解剖结构具有重要意义，例如腰部切开术（lumbotomy）或取用肋软骨以行重建手术时。[3-4]
