输精管遗迹
Ductus deferens vestigialis
定义
旁卵巢由少数散在的退化小管组成，在儿童中最为清晰可见，位于卵巢冠与子宫之间的阔韧带内。
卵巢冠的横小管以及旁卵巢的小管，均为沃尔夫体（中肾）小管的残余；卵巢冠纵管是输精管的遗迹（沃尔夫管的残留部分）。
在胎儿期，卵巢与睾丸相似，位于腰部肾脏附近，但随后逐渐下降入盆腔。
