舌下腺的排泄管数量为八至二十条。较小的舌下腺管（舌下腺小管；Rivinus管）中，部分汇入下颌下腺管；其余各管则分别开口于口腔内，位于因腺体突出而形成的黏膜隆起嵴（舌下襞）上，分布于舌系带两侧。一条或多条小管汇合形成舌下腺大管（Bartholin管），该管开口于下颌下腺管。
