筛漏斗是一条狭窄的管道，可见于鼻腔外侧壁的中鼻道区域。它从半月裂孔向上向前延伸，半月裂孔是位于中鼻道筛泡下方的一条弧形骨性沟槽。筛漏斗随后继续向上延伸至筛骨骨迷路前部，移行为额鼻管。该管道负责将额窦和筛窦前气房的分泌物经筛漏斗引流至半月裂孔。
