半月裂孔（又称 hiatus semilunaris）是一条弧形沟，位于鼻腔外侧壁，具体位于中鼻道区域。它位于筛泡下方，由外侧壁黏膜跨越筛泡（上方）与钩突（下方）之间的间隙所形成。

该半月裂孔向前延续为一狭窄管道，称为漏斗，并进一步延伸至筛骨迷路前部，即额鼻管。

半月裂孔是上颌窦以及额窦和前组筛窦经额鼻管引流的通道。
