定义
筛骨迷路的眶板，又称纸板（lamina papyracea），是一块薄而脆弱的骨，构成筛骨迷路的外侧壁，并参与构成眼窝（即眼眶）的内侧（或内）壁。该骨在保护眼部方面发挥着至关重要的作用，将眼眶与筛窦气房分隔开来，筛窦气房是筛骨内众多含气空间的统称。
眶板位于眼眶内侧壁，处于独特的解剖位置，使其得以与多块相邻骨相连接。其上方与额骨相接，下方与上颌骨及腭骨相连，前方与泪骨毗邻，后方则与蝶骨相接。这些骨共同构成眼眶内侧壁的精细结构。由于眶板与筛窦气房毗邻，在筛窦感染时易受累及，此类感染可能进而引发眶蜂窝织炎等严重并发症。
