中鼻甲

骨性中鼻甲是一块弯曲的骨板，从筛骨迷路的内侧面伸出。它向下延伸，覆盖其下方称为中鼻道的区域。该区域对于前、中筛气房及上颌窦的引流具有重要作用。在骨性中鼻甲的正上方是上鼻道，这是后筛气房开口引流入鼻腔的关键部位。
与上鼻甲和下鼻甲类似，骨性中鼻甲在增大鼻腔表面积方面发挥着至关重要的作用。这种面积的扩大有助于对吸入气体进行过滤、湿润和加温。
