第二交叉滑车（C2）是一条纤细的十字形纤维带，构成手各指纤维屈肌腱鞘的一部分。它位于第三环形滑车（A3）与第四环形滑车（A4）之间，大致位于中节指骨上，紧邻近侧指间关节（PIP关节）的远侧。
其主要功能是维持纤维鞘的对位与柔韧性，使其在手指屈曲时能够平滑折叠，同时保持屈肌腱自由滑动，防止腱鞘出现扭折或弓弦现象。
