锁骨间韧带是一条扁平的纤维带，其形态和大小因人而异，它以弯曲的走向从一侧锁骨胸骨端的上部延伸至对侧锁骨胸骨端的上部，并附着于胸骨的上缘。其毗邻关系如下：前方与皮肤及胸锁乳突肌相邻；后方与胸骨甲状肌相邻。
