卵巢的子宫端朝向下方，指向盆膈，通常较输卵管端狭窄，借一圆索状结构附着于子宫的外侧角，位于输卵管的正后方，该圆索称为卵巢固有韧带，位于阔韧带之内，含有少量平滑肌纤维。
