定义
棘上韧带（棘上韧带）是一条强韧的纤维索，连接第七颈椎至骶骨各棘突的顶端；在附着于棘突尖端处，韧带内发育有纤维软骨。该韧带在腰部较胸部更为厚宽，且在两处均与邻近筋膜紧密融合。此韧带最表浅的纤维跨越三至四个椎骨；较深层的纤维跨越两至三个椎骨，而最深层的纤维则连接相邻椎骨的棘突。在棘突之间，该韧带与棘间韧带相延续。其向上延续至枕外隆凸及颈部正中线，即项韧带。
