Ligamentum vocale
定义
声襞（plicœ vocales；下声带或真声带）与发声有关，其内含两条坚韧的索状结构，称为声韧带（ligamenta vocales；甲杓下韧带）。每条韧带由一束黄色弹性组织构成，前方附着于甲状软骨角，后方附着于杓状软骨的声带突。其下缘与弹性圆锥薄而外侧的部分相延续。其上缘构成喉室的下界。外侧面有声肌与之平行排列。其内侧面覆有黏膜，该黏膜极为菲薄，并与其表面紧密贴附。
