寰枕后膜
Membrana atlantooccipitalis posterior
定义
寰枕后膜宽阔而薄，上方连于枕骨大孔后缘，下方连于寰椎后弓上缘。此膜两侧下部各有一缺损，位于椎动脉沟上方，与该沟共同围成一孔，供椎动脉进入及枕下神经穿出。膜的游离缘弓形跨越动脉和神经，有时可发生骨化。该膜后方与头后小直肌及头上斜肌相邻，前方与椎管的硬膜紧密相贴。
