定义
在腰部区域，横突间肌成对排列，位于脊柱两侧，
- 一组占据腰椎横突之间的完整间隙，即外侧横突间肌的背侧部分。
- 另一组为外侧横突间肌的内侧部分（内侧横突间肌），从一节椎骨的副突延伸至下方椎骨的乳突。
外侧横突间肌由脊神经前支支配，内侧横突间肌由脊神经后支支配。
