耳后肌（又称后耳廓肌）是围绕外耳分布的三块耳廓外在肌（前、上、后）之一。

耳廓后面（耳甲软骨部）。 |
血液供应 |
耳后动脉，为颈外动脉的分支。 |
神经支配 |
面神经（CN VII）的耳后支。 |
功能 |
将耳廓（耳郭）轻微向后牵拉；在人类中，此运动极为轻微或已退化。 |
