颏舌骨肌（Geniohyoid muscle）是一块狭长的肌肉，位于下颌舌骨肌内侧缘的上方。起自颏联合后面的下颏棘，向后略向下走行，止于舌骨体前面；与对侧同名肌紧密相贴。
起点：颏联合
止点：舌骨
神经：舌下神经颏舌骨肌支（第1颈神经腹侧支，经舌下神经XII传导）。
功能：在颞下颌关节处降下颌骨，在脊柱关节处屈颈，上提舌骨。
