排尿尿道内口

定义
尿道内口位于膀胱三角的顶端，处于膀胱最低处，通常呈半月形；其正后方的黏膜略有隆起，称为膀胱垂，由前列腺中叶所形成。
当膀胱充盈时，尿道内口关闭，与周围结构共同形成一扁平层面（充盈状态下的尿道内口）。
当膀胱排空时，膀胱颈呈漏斗状回缩，男性尿道随之缩短（排空状态下的尿道内口）。
