定义
从附睾尾部下端起始，输精管起初极为迂曲，随后逐渐伸直，沿睾丸后缘及附睾内侧缘上行（输精管阴囊部分），作为精索的组成部分（输精管索部分），穿经腹股沟管（输精管腹股沟部分），抵达腹股沟管腹环。在此处，输精管与精索其余结构分离，绕髂外动脉外侧弯曲，并在髂外动脉前方上行约 2.5 cm。
